Weekly Weigh In

This week I lost 2 lb (0.9 Kg) and my % body fat down 2.5%.

I guess this was due to the 20 mile race and the 12 1/2 hours exercised last week while maintaining a reasonable diet. This week I am recovering a bit more from the 20 mile race so I am not expecting as big a lose next week but you never know.
