Last Week's training

Last week I did over 12 1/2 hours of exercise. This included a 20 mile race and a few hours on my day off work. Below is a breakdown by time.

Run 50.1%
Walk 17.6%
Swim 12.1%
Bike 11.5%
Cross 8.7%

This week I totalled a distance of 56.7 miles with 38.7 miles being running. In addition to the longer training runs I was glad that the swim time increased but possible improvements included increase cross training time.
