Aqua Jog

Earlier this week I when out for a short 3 mile (5 km) I felt a pain in my right hamstring muscle so I stopped my run early instead of doing another 2 miles.

So today I did a 30 minute Aqua Jog session at my local pool. It was quite strange floating in the pool upright but I think it did help me recover a bit. I will plan to keep doing these sessions even when not injured.
