Weekly Weigh-in

This week I lost 1 lb (0.5 Kg) and my % body fat increased by 0.5%.

Mainly due to the two longer runs this week.

I agree!!! running is a best way to reduce fats and make are body slim and perfect. Just keep work on it more and more.
