Weigh in for the last two weeks

During the last 2 weeks I have put on another 3 lbs (1.5 Kg). This was due to reduced exercise and increased unhealthy food intake.

Over the last 3 weeks I have now put on 1/2 stone (3.5 Kg), this should be corrected as my training will be increasing again.
