This week I did over 10 hours of training which was over twice the amount of the previous week, below is the break down by time.
29% Running
23% Cross Training
18% Cycling
17% Walking
12% Swimming
The running did include a long 11 mile run but no parkrun this week.
The cross training was a couple of gym sessions and also a Pilates session to help with core strength.
The cycling had a fast 23 mile a midweek cycle and a couple cycling sets in a gym.
The swimming was a couple of session including today's long swim pool swim of 1.5km but still no lake swim yet.
I need to get some long cycle rides and lake swims but this is subject to the weather conditions.
