This week I did 12 hours of exercise which was made up the following by % of time.
40% Cross Training
22% Running
19% Cycling
13% Walking
6% Swimming
The cross training was mostly the two football matches at the weekend.
The running included a couple of sessions including yet another parkrun pb.
The cycling was a couple of short (20 miles) rides one of which was in the heat.
The swimming was just one session but was my longest swim of the year and it was in a lake. I also got some practice in for T1.
