This week I did a but under 10 hours of training, which did include a couple of double sessions. Below is the breakdown by time.
35% Cross Training
32% Cycling
16% Running
9% Walking
8% Swimming
The cross training included a few long gym sessions and gym classes.
The cycling was a couple of rides including a brick session and spin classes.
The running included a 5km run (after a swim) and tempo run.
The swimming included a couple of long (for me) pool swims and my first lake swim of the year.
The only thing missing from this week was a long cycle ride, this was put on hold to due to the weather conditions at the weekend.
