Weekly Weigh-in

This week my weight remained the same with my % body fat down 0.5%.

My exercise level is starting to increase while keeping my food intake relatively the same, well apart from the odd bit of dark chocolate toblerone, mmm.

The weight and % body fat are done on the scales which I use once a week.
My food intake is not monitored very precisely with my portion sizes tend to be on the extra large size. I mostly eat "healthy" food but I fancy a particular food I will have it.

I would just like to tell you all i am so grateful i found this blog! I Had made up my mind i was going to give Weightloss a try. While doing a search for fat loss site on my friend pc at aquabot that i stumbled upon this site, it was a blessing. I hate scammers and they sure sound like thats what they are.
