Triple Session

During the week I did a triple session day.

It started of with an (very) early 7 mile run before even breakfast. I was struggling on the last few miles of the run due to the lack of breakfast.

Then after work I did a 30 minute pool swim before a few miles running. The running included a 1.5 mile timed loop which I improved my time but I was wearing a few new pieces of kit.
