Weekly Weigh-in

This week I have gained 6 1/2 lb (2.9 Kg) with my % body fat remaining the same.

This week I did run a marathon but did have a lot of calories on the why round drinks, gels and sausage sandwich!! Plus the chips and cakes afterwards. Also not doing much more exercise in between, this did not help.
