Adjusting Sleep Pattern for Race

This week I am also adjusting my sleep pattern so that when I wake up at 3am on Sunday morning for breakfast it will not be a complete shock to the system.

I have been gradually changing my time to sleep and get up by an hour at a time and should have a few days at getting up at 3am. The main difference I have found is that I fell hungry mid morning and late afternoon.

Also I just Sky+ anything I would have watched and view them in the morning.
