I also did some training at the gym. I did some upper body weights and then some cardio. The major milestone was I ran for 10 minutes on the treadmill, with only some slight discomfort.
This is more than I would normally run on it as I don't like running on them, suppose I am too used to running outside.
I did get to try my new flashy running trainers which felt ok for the 10 minute run I did.
