Last week I did just under 7 hours of training this was affected by the torrential rain that week. This was about 60% Running which included some longer runs, 25% Swimming pool and lake and 15% Cycling.
However I did include my last triathlon before Ironman UK, which tried a few new things and learned a few items which should benefit me for this race next month.
